I will tell a story about a customer service agent, the story is about making a performance consistent.
This boy name Isaiah he start his job without experience in call center or as a customer service he was a beginner that time he make a lot of failure when it comes to taking calls there is a performance portal we called which we can see if the agent is getting better since Isaiah is a beginner from this industry he use to be coached when he failed then one day he taught himself to be more attentive, to be more creative days passed, months and year the calls he takes and his perfomance is getting better and better until he got promoted.
What is the consistency in the story?
Yes Isaiah failed many times and it doesn't mean failure is a life time Isaiah taught himself to be more better and the performance is getting higher Isaiah was consistent teaching himself to be the better agent of the company he has goals.
In reality yes we failed many times we commit mistakes many time but the best thing is when that mistakes taught us to commit in good things we will get better and more consistent doing good things, making mistakes doesn't mean you are a failure. Yes people or one person in your life will always look at your failure but put this in mind if you are consistent doing Good things show them the results of the mistakes you've done that teach you to raise up and to be a better person.
